To better serve our Seniors and their families, and to help prepare families for the costs of a Senior year, here is a layout of basic expected expenses:

Senior Combo:

Aug. 1 - Aug. 15 - $225 - includes a Yearbook, Senior Dues, and a Prom ticket

Senior Dues:

Senior dues must be paid in order to walk in graduation and participate in all Senior activities. The dues cover stage & chair rental for graduation, the sound team, streaming, and all senior activities. Senior Dues are SEPARATE from Cap and gown fees. Cap and Gown Orders:

Orders are placed online through Jostens. We have gone with a new company and will have new robes again this year; if you’ve had previous siblings graduate from Hiram, they will not be able to wear that sibling’s robe. Orders placed by Nov. 17 will have a guaranteed delivery in time for graduation. Please place your order AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Senior Portraits:

· Aug. 25 – Make-up portrait day – 2:00 – 5:00 pm. Visit our website or canvas to sign up for a time slot with the BPI Sign up Genius.

· Oct. 6 – LAST CALL for Senior portraits –  tiny.cc/hhsphoto

· In order to have your Senior portrait in the yearbook, it must be taken with BPI at one of the 2 dates listed or at their studio if you didn’t get your portrait taken over the summer with them.

Friday, April 19, 2024, ~ at the Georgia Freight Depot

Tickets go on sale:

· Feb. 1 - Feb. 25 - $90

· Feb. 26 - Mar. 8 - $100

Prom attendees must be at school the ENTIRE day on Thursday, April 18, 2024

 

Senior Finals Week:

· Fall Finals – December 18 & 19, 2023 (Monday & Tuesday)

· Spring FINALS: May 16 & May 17, 2024 (Thursday & Friday)

· May 15 – Senior Movie

· May 17 – Senior Cookout

· May 20 - Baccalaureate – 6:00 p.m.

· May 21 – Senior Breakfast – 9:00 a.m.

· May 22 – 23 Graduation Practice – 9:00 a.m.

 

Graduation:

· May 23 (Thursday night) 8:00 p.m. – in the Hornet Stadium. No tickets needed. Carpool as much as possible; parking is scarce. P.B. Ritch middle will be a satellite parking lot.
