You only need a Work Permit if you are 15 years old or younger.

1) Get Hired. You must have a job to gain a work permit.

2) Complete the online form through the GA Department of Labor found here.  You'll need to know your employer or manager's name and their telephone number.

3) When you complete the form, you will be given a number. Give this number to your employer and they will complete their portion of the online form.

After you complete steps 1-3.  A staff member will complete the last portion of the Work Permit and get back to you.
